Last night I tried a new recipe that was posted on my friend, Claudine's blog, Good Things. It took awhile to chop up the red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and steak, but it was oh so worth it. The end result was not only beautiful, but also very tasty. You can taste the hint of Thai curry paste with the coconut milk - so flavorful!
Along with a bottle of good wine, and some fresh bread - it is a perfect meal!
Nummy! I may need to make it again this week too. I may never get tired of it.... glad you loved it!
