There are so many exquisite details throughout. The door hinges are marvelous as well as the woodwork detailing on all the doors.
Each bedroom on the second floor has a different color palette and wallpaper. I love the wallpaper in this room and the decor makes it feel like it belonged to a romantic adventurer/writer.

I just loved the muted color palette and the chaise lounge in this bedroom. Wouldn't you just love to curl up on that chaise with a good book?

What beautiful rooms! All the detailing is exquisite - those governors really have it made. I'll take one of those chaises' please. Can't decide if I like the red or the teal! They're both stunning!
