A Sure Sign that Spring is Almost Here...

St. Patrick's Day. A day on which I always wear green - religiously. However, you won't find me eating corned beef and cabbage - oh no, not me! Never liked the stuff, but I do enjoy a good Irish coffee and we have some fine Irish pubs in Sacramento.


Now that St. Patrick's Day is here, that means that Spring is truly just a few days away and I can't wait because it is already in the 70s and sunny here. I found this cute picnic basket in the Martha Stewart Collection at Macy's last week and couldn't resist getting it - in green, of course! I am ready for a picnic any day now.

There is some summer melamine ware coming out that I am looking forward to seeing in the store. Last week I also saw the new acrylic ware in clear, green, and blue that would be great for the patio. I also really want to get the straw beach bag and some of the beach towels and I will be set for the summer. I wonder, what on earth did I buy before Martha's products came out?

    Love the basket! I think I will need to get the classic Martha Green as well. I may need to make a little trip.

    I wonder what I bought before as well, and then I go to my garage or the dish garage as we like to call it....
