Five Senses Friday

Seeing:  American flags billowing in the breeze

Hearing:  the boom of fireworks

Tasting:  hand-churned pistachio ice cream

Touching:  the sweet, soft hand of my husband's three-year-old niece

Smelling:  raspberry-blueberry-almond blondies baking in the oven

Please share your five senses from the week.

I hope you have a lovely weekend!

  2. I love those bicycle photos! Where are they from? It looks like a mixture of old and new? I love old "schwinn" bicycles - and the memories they bring back - and the reminder of my bicycle that has been sitting in the basement for years (unridden). :)

  3. Kenn: Thank you so much for sharing your five senses of the week!

Mike: I took the bike photos at the UC Davis campus, so they are a mixture of old and new bikes. I just loved all the different colors and styles especially that lovely blue one. :)
