It is my friend and fellow Marthateer's birthday today and in honor of her birthday I baked her a Coconut Cake from the Martha Stewart Baking Handbook. Claudine is a great baker and a cook, so I hope that this cake passes her inspection!
Claudine is a fun loving and endlessly energetic person who gives more than 100 percent to everything she does. She spends countless hours when she is working on a project to make sure that every last detail is done to perfection. Besides baking and cooking, Claudine loves to craft and scrapbook and she is known to glitter anything that will sit still long enough! Her scrapbook pages are beautiful and I think she must own every color of paper imaginable.
I 'found' Claudine through the Martha Stewart message boards. She had a link to her blog on one of her postings and being the nosy person that I am I had to follow the link. And I am so glad that I did because she introduced me to the wonderful world of blogging! Her blog is fun and interesting - just like her. Claudine also loves France and everything French and she delightfully mixes this love in her blog. It is part of my daily - sometimes twice and three times - daily routine to check in with her blog.
She is truly inspirational and I am so glad that she is a part of my life.
