We eat an abundance of melons and berries, particularly during the summer months, and most often we make agua fresca from the overripe fruit. This chilled 'soup' is a great alternative. It is light and refreshing and perfect to serve during the summer especially when it is too hot to turn the stove on. I liked this as a dessert and served it in fountain soda glasses.

The soda fountain glass is so retro/fun! I'm glad you enjoyed this. I did too, but I wonder if it had to do more with the fact that I blended the melon and the berries together.
